阿中盛宴!

What, you can’t read Chinese? Okay, fine, I (and by I, I mean Google) will translate: A Chinese Feast! (Ā zhōng shèngyàn)

The attractive nuisance started talking about Chinese food last night as we were finishing our Indian leftovers. Once you start talking, the cravings begin. But instead ordering crappy takeout (our only options here), tonight I cooked four Chinese dishes (potentially a new personal record). Two old stand-bys and two new ones. A good deal of not terribly complicated prep, but the cooking went very quickly. And everything turned out great. The newly discovered Rasa Malaysia site is turning out to be terrific for easy Asian recipes.
