I’ve tried to resist buying food at Costco recently (given what happens when I actually think about where food from Costco comes from). During a brain fart, I decided to grab some crabmeat on my trip there yesterday. (Wow, aren’t blogs fascinating? This is exactly the type of comment that made me swear I’d never have a blog. Now look at me. Ugh.)
For lunch, I pepped up our salad routine by topping it with this easy recipe I’d tried once before. I remember seeing it on an episode of Barefoot Contessa some time ago. It belongs to her friend, chef Patricia Wells.
