One year!

I just realized I never added the recipe we used to celebrate the morning of our first wedding anniversary (December 22). (There were many more celebratory meals, but this was the kickoff.) Not just a stupendous breakfast on a wonderful day, but also the chance to make pancakes from scratch without succumbing to the recipe that included many sticks of butter. (I just couldn’t bring myself to do it, and these were really, really good.)
