Warm nuts

Warm nuts really are all they’re cracked up to be. (Pun intended.) And they’re a tasty low carb snack for the attractive nuisance (and me).

Rosemary Almonds

(an amended version of the Barefoot Contessa’s Rosemary Cashews)

Toast raw almonds dry on sheet pan in oven for 10 min at 375

Toss with olive oil (plus splash of chili olive oil), sea salt, and some finely chopped rosemary. Serve warm!
